TL;DR

• Maximal supply - initially they just want to launch 1 billion token
• Ability to allow project owners to claim token first, so that they can setup the liquidity pool first
• Distribution of reserve token: though the payments will be closed after initial raise, they want to periodically distribute certain amount of reserve token to contributors, e.g. distribute 1 million token to 2000 contributors every month from the treasury; they can’t do it in juicebox today, so they wrote their own claim contract & frontend
• Currently they just plan to use gnosis multi-sig for treasury management (e.g. setup LP, operational spending), didn’t see much incentive to use juicebox for treasury management yet. however they like the idea of having more transparency on the treasury spending as gnosis is not public.

What is PandaDAO, where does the idea come from?

• Panda was one of the multi-sig for peopleDAO, and there were some discussion around whether the same level of success from constitutionDAO, moonDAO, assangeDAO can be replicated to an actual working group? Because of the recent close down of multiple crypto media company, Panda decided to start a decentralised media institution that provide high quality crypto news & content;
• They have started this idea since Dec 2021, and about early Feb they have locked in the time to launch the beta version of the product, so launched on juicebox

What are you trying to achieve with juicebox?

PandaDAO needs its own incentive plan and economic framework, and is also a subDAO of peopleDAO. So PandaDAO plans to issue its own Token and start to raise money.
