• They have plan to move their governance from just SHARK token to a dual token model (SHARK token + their NFT)

How can we improve juicebox for SharkDAO?

1. Uncertainty with UI
   1. There are a few situations when members of sharkDAO didn’t understand elements on the UI, and keep asking them for clarification
   2. They didn’t see SHARK token in their metamask wallet and got confused, as they didn’t know it is staked automatically
2. Utility with the token
   1. SHARK token currently is mainly used for governance voting, what it leads to is there are 2 groups of people: core advocates who brought a lot of SHARK token & a big amount of people only purchase a tiny amount of token to access SHARK’s community;
   2. there wasn’t really big incentive for people to buy more token as there aren’t much utility around it
   3. How might we help provide utility to tokens out of the box?
      1. Staking mechiansim
      2. Tier reward for certain token contributed
      3. NFT funding - which set a floor price
3. Not enough ongoing support for communities
   1. Though sharkDAO is one of the earliest adopter, with time they are not sure what the latest features are and how can they fully utilise it;
   2. They could be benefit from redemption feature
   3. Will be good if we can have a quarterly catchup with big projects?
