Points of friction:

• Asked user to ‘create a project’ and he had to look for the button, and then went Projects > Create a project rather than clicking the main Home Screen CTA

Solution: Make CTA language consistent throughout the site

• Twitter input field — is this just the handle or do I need the link? Solution: Add placeholders
• Confused about customise Pay Button section. “What is this” User had to guess what it was and went ahead with his guess but was still unsure

Solution: Add placeholders and explainer text

• Confused about setting a funding target in ETH vs USD. 'I wonder if this means they pay in USD does it convert to ETH'
• Confused about NFT external link

Solution: Remove it

• Confused about NFT rewards payment success modal

Solutions:

• “Button will close the modal if no link is given” -> “Button will close the popup if no link is given”
• Add tooltip explaining to the ‘button link’ field
• Advanced rules confusing

Solution: Could this be removed and be something people do afterwards if needed?
