What is Juicebox?

Juicebox is a community-owned DAO that powers a programmable platform for crypto and web3 projects to launch, get funded, and scale, transparently. Operating on the Ethereum blockchain.

Executive summary

Peel, the front-end team for Juicebox DAO has run into a number of operational challenges which have made it difficult to measure the meaningful results of significant development efforts in accordance with a larger overall direction and business objectives. The main challenges are:

1. A high number of user and internal requests create reactive development efforts
2. Lack of larger product strategy and overall alignment inhibiting the bottom line and meaningful business metrics
3. Free for all contribution environment creates siloed efforts, resulting in patchy product development
4. No directly responsible individual in charge of filtering and prioritizing requests and feature development
