1. Test the new project creation flow for general usability
2. Identify any bugs or issues
3. Reveal friction points

Methodology

Moderated usability walkthrough on live website (testnet) using 4 participants.

Scope

Participants were asked to create a mock project on juicebox.money using the new project creation flow as well as perform a number of specific tasks within the flow with little to no guidance from the facilitator. Participants were monitored closely for signs of hesitation, confusion and frustration.

Key Findings 🔍

• Participants found Project Tokens to be the most confusing part overall.
• Participants always used the default or recommended option when unsure and most mentioned that this was helpful.
• Most participants were confused or unsure about Funding Cycles.
• 75% of participants were confused or unsure about ‘Customise Pay Button’
